As a certified coach, I empower you to get crystal clear on where and how you’re looking to grow as a leader through my listening skills, perceptiveness, intuition, and experience.

    I also draw on a variety of creative exercises and modalities to introduce new perspectives, contemplate your life purpose, and consider what fulfillment means to you — all in service of helping you lead with clarity and intentionality.

  • As a seasoned leader with 14+ years of cross-industry leadership, I pull on my operations, management, HR, sales, and finance experience to offer strategic and tactical consulting to help solve any questions, problems, or opportunities you’re dealing with. As a founder and tech executive, I’ve made many complex strategic decisions, managed large-scale project implementation, and led thriving teams of 5-70.

    You bring the expertise on yourself and your field, I bring my intuition and past experience, and together, we can address all topics that matter to you.

  • My standard coaching package starts with a 6-month engagement, with bi-weekly 50-minute calls and text/email support throughout. Some clients view 6 months as enough time to make their desired progress, while others choose to extend further to tackle new goals that arise.

    I occasionally work with clients with smaller, discrete goals or budgets on a 3-6 month basis.

    Our first call is an hour-long Discovery Session to design our alliance and get clear on your goals for our engagement.
