There’s nothing I love more than helping clients become the leaders they want to be
During the first two years of my career, I had a boss who yelled at me every. single. day.
I vowed that when I became a manager, my main goal would be to ensure my team felt empowered, respected, and looked out for. Over the past decade-plus, I’ve worked as a leader in tech and start-ups focused on investing in team happiness to fuel positive business results.
I led the People team at Ramp — a $13B, 1100-person Series D startup — including HRBPs, People Programs, Total Rewards and Ops, to reduce regrettable attrition by a third with a team 25% the size of any competitor.
I founded and led Bar None Games, a 70-person organization that hosted 4,000 teambuilding events during the pandemic to make remote teams feel more connected — we had no voluntary employee churn.
I managed large operations, strategy, and launch teams at Uber: running major cities, bringing rides to 25 new markets, and launching UberEATS in our first metros — with manager ratings 2x our company average.
Now, as an executive coach (ACC, CPCC) and leadership consultant, certified at the ICF-accredited Co-Active Training Institute, I get to channel my passion to empower others to lead with authenticity and intentionality. Do you:
Feel like there’s a gap between the leader you are and the one you want to be?
Want to lead a happier and more effective team — but you don’t quite know where to start?
Spend your Sundays feeling those dreaded scaries?
I know that you’ve got this, and I think I might be able to help. Let’s talk.
